Order and Returns

Welcome to Evan Concept, your first destination for the most beautiful ready-made or tailor-made art tableau. We always strive to provide high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience that exceeds your expectations, so we have a clear exchange and return policy to ensure the rights of all our valued customers.

1-    Duration

a.      Grace period: 14 days from the date of receipt of the tablet to register the return request.

b.     Special Requests: Tableaux that has been manufactured or printed with special specifications (a specific size or adding special names or images) cannot be returned or cancelled after the implementation has begun. This is excluded from products that are defective or that have violated the specifications specified by the consumer.

2-    Basic Conditions

a.      Plate Condition: The painting must be in its original condition, without any damage or scratches, and in its original packaging.

b.     Accessories: It is necessary to attach the invoice and all plate accessories, if any.

3-    Exchange & Return

a.      Replacement: Usually exchanged for another piece of the store, and the shipping fee is borne by the buyer. After receiving the product and confirming its condition, the replacement product will be dispatched within a maximum period of 7 working days.

b.     Refund: Upon matching the conditions, the amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account after deducting the shipping charges, if any.
